We reply within two business days. If you are writing about an existing order, include your order number and we will get to it faster.
Orders and shipping
Everything is printed after you order it, so allow 2 to 5 business days in production and 3 to 5 in transit. You will get tracking by email as soon as it ships.
Returns and sizing
Damaged or wrong, send a photo within 30 days and we replace it. Wrong size, we exchange it. Email the address above with your order number to start either one.
Wholesale and stockists
If you run a farm store, nursery, market stall or co-op and want to carry the line, write to us and say what you sell and where.
The growing guides
Corrections are genuinely welcome. If a figure on a crop guide or in the archive looks wrong, tell us which page and we will check the source and fix it in public.
