Who we are
This store is operated by Sun and Rain Works of Eugene, Oregon. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sun and Rain Works. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to what follows.
Who can order
You must be at least the age of majority in your state to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Our products are made to order
Everything we sell is printed after you order it. Colours on your screen will not match fabric exactly, and printed garments vary slightly piece to piece. That variation is normal and is not a fault. Our refund and return policy explains what we do cover.
Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors in pricing or product descriptions, and we may cancel an order affected by an obvious error, in which case we refund you in full. We may limit or refuse any order.
Changing or cancelling an order
Because production starts quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters printing. Email us as soon as you can and we will do what we are able to.
Our designs belong to us
The badges, marks and artwork on these garments, and the writing and photographs on this site, are the property of Sun and Rain Works. Buying a garment does not transfer any right to reproduce the design. Please do not copy our artwork for resale.
Using this site
Do not use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to reach accounts or systems that are not yours.
Third parties
Payment is handled by Shopify and fulfilment by our print partner. Their terms and privacy practices apply to the parts they handle. Links to other sites are offered for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
Disclaimers and limits
The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order it concerns. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
