Shipping Policy
Shipping times, tracking and costs at Sun and Rain Works. Every piece is printed after you order it, typically 8 to 10 days from order to doorstep.
Made when you order it
We do not keep boxes of shirts in a warehouse. Every piece is printed for you after you place your order. That is why nothing here is ever out of stock in your size, and why it takes a little longer to reach you than something pulled off a shelf.
How long it takes
- Production: 2 to 5 business days. This is the printing and the quality check.
- Transit: 3 to 5 business days once it ships.
- Typical total: 8 to 10 days from order to doorstep.
Those are real numbers from real orders, not optimistic estimates. Busy seasons and holidays can add a few days, and we would rather tell you that up front than apologise afterwards.
Tracking
You will get an order confirmation straight away, and a second email with tracking as soon as your piece leaves the print facility.

We ship within the United States.
What shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, and you will see the exact amount before you pay.
If something goes wrong in transit
If a package is marked delivered and has not arrived, or turns up damaged, contact us within 30 days and we will sort it out. See our refund and return policy.
